About Us

The Coral Springs Eye Institute is located conveniently on the corner of Riverside Drive and Sample Road and serves Coral Springs, Parkland, Margate, Boca Raton, Tamarac, and surrounding areas. Dr. Donald Woods has been serving Coral Springs as an ophthalmologist since 1986 and expanded his practice to establish the Coral Springs Eye Institute in 1996. With the addition of an optical boutique and doctors Lowell Sherris, M.D., Karen Fuchs, O.D., and Marcia Glass, O.D. the practice has been able to provide quality comprehensive eye care to our community. Our staff is specially trained and committed to serving you and your family. We provide routine eye exams, contact lens evaluations, LASIK and cataract pre and post operative care, and screenings for glaucoma.
